We like to think of our relationship with our Alumni as symbiotic - we value your input as experienced leaders in our workplaces and communities, and through us, our Alumni can stay connected with their co-participants and the emerging regional leadership community. We aim to build a strong network for LIP past and present.
The LIP is in the 11th year of operation, with the sixth cohort completing the program during 2023 and 2024. There's now a pool of 101 leaders from the region, ranging from the up-and-coming whipper snappers of 2018-20 to the seasoned helmspersons of 2012-14. Curiosity dictates that we want to know what you've all been up to, and in the interests of improving the program for future cohorts, knowledge sharing is invaluable.
