The Leadership Illawarra Program is a two-year experiential learning program for the region's emerging leaders. Developed for Regional Development Australia-Illawarra (RDAI) in conjunction with Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong and The Illawarra Connection, the program aims to produce inspired and well-connected visionaries who will lead our region into the future.
The Leadership Illawarra Program will bring together individuals from a wide range of business and community backgrounds to expand their knowledge of the issues, challenges and opportunities facing our region. Participants will interact with and learn from today's leaders and gain practical leadership experience working on team-based projects.
