LIP cohort and Alumni were invited to a short workshop titled “How Senior Leaders Create Engaging Workplace Cultures”, presented by Jordan Wang of Dale Carnegie Australia, and as guests of our friends and collaborators at JCI Illawarra.
Around 40 people attended the workshop and we are proud to say over 50% were connected to the LIP in some way. 7 of the current cohort were in attendance as well as 6 alumni starting way back with the very first intake. LIP Attendees were invited to register guests from their workplaces and Mercer, SYFS, Cardno, BlueScope and Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District accepted the invitation. All 4 cohorts of the LIP were represented, Sandy Haig from the first intake 2012-2014, Heather Marciano and Michael McKeogh 2014-2016, Shiva Gopalan and Neil Menzies 2016 -2018 and 7 of the current cohort, Tash, Raychel, Kristen, Rod, Stacey L, Lee and Robert. The workshop content was fun and interactive, and continued on the themes the LIP has learned and discussed at other events and activities. Thanks to JCI Illawarra, Shiva Gopalan, and to Dale Carnegie Australia Training.
